Warranty Policy
A. For Windows Products
- Warranty for unactivated products (i.e., purchased but not used): 06 months
- Warranty after successful activation: Lifetime usage, 5-year shop warranty
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Microsoft’s policy (e.g., using a key for one device but entering it into another)
B. For Office Products (Retail key per device)
- Warranty for unactivated products (i.e., purchased but not used): 06 months
- Warranty after successful activation: Lifetime usage, 3-year shop warranty
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Microsoft’s policy (e.g., using a key for one device but entering it into another)
C. For Office Products (Digital license linked to Microsoft account)
- Warranty for unactivated keys (i.e., purchased but not yet assigned to a Microsoft account): 30 days
- Warranty after successful activation (i.e., key is linked to Microsoft account per Microsoft’s policy): Lifetime usage, 3-year shop warranty
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Microsoft’s policy AND for cases where customers switch devices without logging out of the old device.
D. For Subscription-Based Products (e.g., YouTube Premium, Spotify, Office 365, etc.)
- Warranty period: Full duration of the subscription
- Warranty method: Replacement with an equivalent product or refund based on remaining usage time (e.g., 12-month subscription used for 6 months and then failed, 50% refund will be applied)
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of the purchased product’s policies
