Warranty Policy

A. For Windows Products

  1. Warranty for unactivated products (i.e., purchased but not used): 06 months
  2. Warranty after successful activation: Lifetime usage, 5-year shop warranty
  3. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Microsoft’s policy (e.g., using a key for one device but entering it into another)

B. For Office Products (Retail key per device)

  1. Warranty for unactivated products (i.e., purchased but not used): 06 months
  2. Warranty after successful activation: Lifetime usage, 3-year shop warranty
  3. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Microsoft’s policy (e.g., using a key for one device but entering it into another)

C. For Office Products (Digital license linked to Microsoft account)

  1. Warranty for unactivated keys (i.e., purchased but not yet assigned to a Microsoft account): 30 days
  2. Warranty after successful activation (i.e., key is linked to Microsoft account per Microsoft’s policy): Lifetime usage, 3-year shop warranty
  3. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Microsoft’s policy AND for cases where customers switch devices without logging out of the old device.

D. For Subscription-Based Products (e.g., YouTube Premium, Spotify, Office 365, etc.)

  1. Warranty period: Full duration of the subscription
  2. Warranty method: Replacement with an equivalent product or refund based on remaining usage time (e.g., 12-month subscription used for 6 months and then failed, 50% refund will be applied)
  3. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for misuse or violations of the purchased product’s policies
