RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For Laptops, PCs, and Workstations:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no defects, damage, or signs of wear.

  • No hardware modifications or physical tampering of the device are allowed.

For Software Products:

  • Activation key must be sealed or unused.

  • The key has been entered but failed to activate with the account provided at the time of purchase.

  • The software purchased is incompatible with your operating system (please read product notes carefully).

  • Our technical support is unable to help you activate the license (excluding Windows installation support).

  • The key has been blocked for unknown reasons.

The return and exchange policy applies to all orders within 7 days of purchase.
If the key is found to be blocked, we will issue a full refund.
