RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For Laptops, PCs, and Workstations:
The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be in its original condition, with no defects, damage, or signs of wear.
No hardware modifications or physical tampering of the device are allowed.
For Software Products:
Activation key must be sealed or unused.
The key has been entered but failed to activate with the account provided at the time of purchase.
The software purchased is incompatible with your operating system (please read product notes carefully).
Our technical support is unable to help you activate the license (excluding Windows installation support).
The key has been blocked for unknown reasons.
The return and exchange policy applies to all orders within 7 days of purchase.
If the key is found to be blocked, we will issue a full refund.
